• Withdrawals are processed to your registered M-PESA number. • Minimum withdrawal is KES 100. • Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. • Sakata reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.

• All bets are final once confirmed. • Minimum stake per bet is KES 10. • Maximum stake per bet is subject to limits per market. • Sakata reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or at incorrect odds.

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the event. • In the event of a postponed match, bets will be void unless the match is played within 24 hours. • Sakata's decision on all matters is final.
